Moot Court, also know as Appellate Advocacy, is a year-long program at U.C. Davis School of Law that allows law students to gain practical skills and experience in appellate advocacy. Second-year and third-year law students enroll in the courses: “Appellate Advocacy I & II” (Courses 410A/410B) and learn basic appellate practice and procedure.
